Barista Oat Milk Foam
Barista oat milk is formulated for latte foam with added oil—higher calories than standard oat; log volume for cafe drinks.
Barista oat milk foam uses added rapeseed or sunflower oil and stabilizers so baristas can steam microfoam that mimics dairy—higher fat and calories than household oat milks. It pours well in lattes but can add two hundred to three hundred calories per large drink if portions are generous.
Log fluid ounces, not just coffee.
Common questions
-
Why does barista oat foam better than regular oat milk?
Extra fat and emulsifiers stabilize bubbles under steam pressure. Household oat often splits or stays thin—fine for cereal, weak for cafe-style foam.
