Skinfold Measurement Sites
Skinfold measurement sites are fixed anatomical pinch points—keep the same site set and equation so millimeter trends stay comparable over months.
Skinfold measurement sites are anatomical landmarks where calipers pinch subcutaneous fat—common sets use three, four, or seven sites depending on the prediction equation. Mark sites with tape once, measure right side for self-protocols, and take two pinches per site averaged.
Switching equations mid-program breaks comparability. Sites do not capture visceral fat.
