Strength Endurance

Strength endurance sustains submax loads for high reps and long sets—distinct from max strength and explosive power endurance.

Strength endurance is sustaining submaximal loads for high reps or long sets—circuits, hill sprints with load, and high-rep squats build it. It differs from power endurance’s explosive repeats and from max-strength low reps.

Progress density slowly to protect joints.
