Wellness Pillar Scorecard
A wellness pillar scorecard color-codes nutrition, fitness, sleep, focus, and habits against your baseline—surfacing weak pillars beyond scale weight alone.
A wellness pillar scorecard rates each Ohga domain—nutrition, fitness, sleep, focus, habits—on a simple green-yellow-red scale against your personal baseline, not population norms. The scorecard forces balance: strong training with collapsing sleep still scores red on recovery.
Limit to five pillars so the review stays scannable. Pair colors with one sentence of evidence from logs.
Common questions
-
Should every pillar be green before you escalate goals?
No—two green pillars and one yellow is normal. Escalate training or nutrition targets only when the pillar you are raising is green for four weeks and sleep is not red.
