Heart Rate Zones
Heart rate zones are ranges of beats per minute that correspond to different training intensities, typically calculated as percentages of your maximum heart rate. Zone 1 supports recovery and warm-ups, Zone 2 builds aerobic endurance, and Zones 3–5 target higher intensities for performance and conditioning.
