Heat Acclimation for Fitness
Heat acclimation for fitness adapts your body to warm training over one to two weeks—improving sweat response and endurance in heat when hydration stays on point.
Heat acclimation for fitness is repeated training in warm conditions so sweat rate, plasma volume, and perceived effort adapt—usually ten to fourteen days of controlled exposure. It can improve endurance in heat and support cardiovascular strain tolerance when hydrated and recovered.
It is not a substitute for cooling strategy in extreme weather.
