Nose Breathing for Zone 2

Nose breathing for zone 2 suits easy aerobic work to filter air and train CO₂ tolerance. Hard efforts still typically need mouth breathing.

Nose breathing for zone 2 filters and warms air during easy cardio, may improve CO₂ tolerance, and reduces dry mouth on long base sessions. Hard intervals still need oral breathing—reserve nose work for warm-ups, recovery jogs, and zone 2 blocks.

Mouth taping is not required.
