Orthostatic Intolerance
Orthostatic intolerance is trouble staying upright without dizziness—linked to hydration, anemia, or POTS. Medical guidance and modified training loads are often required.
Orthostatic intolerance is difficulty maintaining blood pressure when standing—lightheadedness, palpitations, or fatigue on rising—seen in dehydration, anemia, POTS, or after illness. Training may need seated options, salt and fluid guidance per clinician, and slower position changes.
Not the same as normal post-squat dizziness.

Can exercise help orthostatic intolerance?
Graduated recumbent cardio and strength under clinician plans often help POTS; self-prescribed intense standing workouts can worsen symptoms.
